Urf, I need to update this once in a while.

I bailed on Wildflower. I also am bailing on CaliforniaMan. I’m out of my rythm.

Right now I’m in the Bay Area, visiting. I was suposed to go to Wildflower but since I’m bailing I’m going to go and ride in Marin with Lori and Dan. Maybe I’ll run on Sunday. That’ll be cool.

Ok, it’s time to get back at it- I was sick last week, but this week I’m feeling much better (still have fluid in my lungs, but other than that I think I’m all right…)

Battle Plan for this week:

Mon: Climbing at Lunch, Spin at night

Tues: Run at lunch, DU Masters at night

Wed: Climbing at lunch, Ride at night

Thurs: Combo, maybe at lunch at work, then DU Masters

Fri: Off

Sat: DU Masters then Run or ride

Sun: Run or Ride (If a run, then a hike later on in the day)
